Jealousy & Codependency in Non-Monogamy
January 28 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
It sucks to feel jealous and it sucks to be at the receiving end of someone’s jealous behaviors– but the emotion is both common & natural in non-monogamous relationships.
In this class, we will discuss the root causes of jealousy, how to distinguish it from other negative emotions that might be confused for jealousy, and how to deal with negative emotions as they arise.
The instructors, Wren & Nathan, will discuss their experience with over a decade of non-monogamous living & relationships. They will stress an approach that works to reduce codependency in relationships, discourages hierarchical models, emphasizes healthy boundaries, and urges participants to make decisions from a place of love rather than fear. No question will be too personal or invasive, so bring *everything* you might want to ask.
These classes are offered FREE to the members of our community. However, we do ask that those who are able donate $10 per person to help us cover the ongoing expenses of operating a charity. Donations may be made via PayPal coloradoCAL.com/donate or Venmo @colorado_CAL
